“The room was excellently furnished and attention to detail is very good. Best linens ever! It’s a wonderful place and I am sure there are probably great rooms. If you are facing S Lamar, it is the loudest room I have ever stayed in after 55 years. One simply can’t get a nights rest. It can’t be overstated how loud it is. You have to ask for a quiet room or it’s awful. Additionally there was a fire alarm. The noise from the alarm was over 110db, however in the room, the lights did not flash...

“Both the exterior and rooms are beautiful. You get the feel of New Orleans and a bit of opulence. The staff is super attentive from the time you step out of your vehicle to check out. Room service is prompt from bringing extra blankets to delivering great New Orleans cuisine cooked by the in- house Crillio restaurant. The in-house bar is a great place experience from the live music to the beautiful carousel style bar. Highly recommended and will come back again”

“The place was amazing! From the approach to finally opening the door it was amazing. We had only a one night stay-cation but everything was amazing and everything worked! If had a critique it would be on the booking confirmation process. We didn’t get the room and access info until after 4pm on the day of check in. Luckily, once we pulled up, we had all the info to access. I guess not knowing and there not being a lobby/ front desk made it a bit more stress. But besides that we loved it. We will...
