“La signora che gestisce la struttura è gentilissima e ci ha dato un sacco di spiegazioni riguardo alle visite da fare. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, ha 3 camere più il salone, x un totale di 8 posti letto. Peccato che c'è un solo bagno. La partenza x l'antelope canyon era li a 2 passi, e ci ha permesso di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio. Struttura che consiglio.”

“The balcony is awesome. You have the needle on one side and a partial ocean view on the other side. The place is perfect. Very clean and roomy. All the comforts of home. The beds are so comfortable. We slept like babies. The views are great. The host was great. Great Communication. There is a new bar right next door if you need a drink. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Great neighborhood location.
Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower.
Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins.
Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away.
Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.)
Highly recommended.”

“Needed this room in a pinch since it had a kitchen in it for a Thanksgiving stay. For 2 people, the room is perfectly sized. Conveniently located next to the elevators (which was perfect for my disabled wife) and they accept service animals along with a nice dog relief area located just outside the main lobby entrance which was very nice. Only lost 1 star rating due to the facts that there were limited cleaning supplies for use during the stay (no broom or dustpan, no vacuum, no mop, and only 1...
