“The host was very accomodating and even greeted me even though I arrived late. The stay was very relaxing with a great bed that made it hard to wake up in the morning. They thought of everything when it comes to a long term or even short term stay including needs for a pup if you forgot something. The best part for someone traveling with their pup as I was, is that the entire front area is fenced. I greatly appreciated the level accommodations. ”

“We really liked this cottage because of the old charm that it had been built in 1923 yet very modernized by the owner. We also love the location, not far from stores, restaurants, etc. very close to I 25 in the Broadmoor hotel, which was our main attraction. We loved Some of the cool creative decor inside of the cottage (see pics) and how friendly the host was.”

“Home was clean and well stocked. The location and view were incredible-an unrestricted view of Pikes Peak from the 3 seasons room. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
