“Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. ”

“Staff treated us as if we were bothering them. The hallways were loud, no staff addressed that. Beds uncomfortable. Carpets were not clean in halls or our room. We also asked for clean towels at 8am when we left the hotel only to return later at nearly 4pm with no clean towels to use. We had to wait for staff to handle this which took some of our precious vacation time away from us. No apology for the clean towel issue, only excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls.
