“The room was a good size but smelled badly. We opened the windows which did clear it eventually. Found someone else's deodorant on the floor under the desk. The staff are very nice. Car park is free and always had spaces. Great location for the sea front. We had hreakfast off-site so can't comment on that. ”

The street the hotel is on is run down however, and Whitley Bay town centre has its fair share of homelessness, troubled youths and failed businesses. The sea front area is lovely though.”
