“Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant day as the bedrooms had mould and cracks on the walls the bathroom the curtains even though we had booked 6 to 7 rooms between all our family members somehow the Customer Service was not great at all and they refused to do anything about it. This swimming pools had pigeons in it which were drinking and leaving poo in. Overall the hotel just wasn’t family friendly or adequate for the pricing that they charge. “The check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room and hotel was clean and modern with good facilities. The breakfast options were varied and suitable for all tastes. The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City.”

“Family Suites was convenient. Showers had too much pressure and caused water to go everywhere. They have calcium buildup.”
