“The property lost electricity - reported it early morning at 8.43am and still had no electricity 24hours later. With kids and family this was difficult - I’ve made a video and chased and chased with no comms -they asked us to turn the fuse on at the fuse box in the basement! very unhelpful. We had to locate a hotel room for one night - it was the 2nd day before we got electricity. Do not use unsafe and unhelpful”

Very comfortable and large bed, as well as lovely furnishings around. It felt very homely and was a lovely space for my partner and I.
