“L' appartamento è spazioso , conforme alle foto , accogliente con un piccolo giardino . Il Sig. Giorgio è estremamente gentile e disponibile anche per consigli ! Unico bemol : i parcheggi sono lontani e i posti sono pochi , non solo a Perledo ma anche a Varenna . Bella spiaggietta cani ammessi nelle vicinanze ma anche lì il problema è il parcheggio. Però la casa è molto tranquilla , abbiamo apprezzato !”

“The view from this apartment is incredible and we would stay again for that. However, a couple of issues were the general cleanliness and communication. The place was in need of a vacuum and many of the plates and glasses had collected dust and required us to rinse them before using. We were also unable to wash the dishes because the dishwasher wasn’t working (probably user-error) but when we messaged the host for instructions, they did not reply. “The space wasn’t very clean, so many bugs everywhere, cobwebs in the corner and stained sofa/seat. The view was nice but not worth the hike all the way up and down each day. There was no bus and it was very hard to get a taxi. I would recommend staying closer to the town if you’re taking the ferries. ”

“Charming space in a charming town. My sister and nieces were delighted with our stay. The apartment is clean, well equipped and the location can't be beat. A bakery, and nice grocery store, are literally next door and Lake Como is just down the street. Lovely little Bellano is a short wonderful walk along the lido. Fredrico is a great host. He responds immediately and pleasantly to all communications. I would definitely stay here again.”

“La casa estaba correcta, pero no habia aire acondicionado y solo habia un ventilador que funcionaba mal. Solicitamos dos ventiladores y nos trajeron uno y no prendia. El wifi no funciono en ningun momento de nuestra estadia y no lo solucionaron. Buena y amplia cocina. Vstas muy bonitas dado que esta en la subida de un cerro. Pequeñas cosas a solucionar por parte del dueño y seria una muy buena experiencia. ”

“The apartment lounge has a lovely view of the lake. The bedroom window however faces a stone wall so no view at all and rather dark. The bathroom is a good size with a washing machine. Lounge/ kitchen is also a good size but all the furniture and dishes are a bit tired and basic. Only Two cereal bowls, ( one chipped). No stemmed wine glasses. Only 1 mug etc. no tourist info - we found a great, free tourist bus to town and it wasn’t mentioned. So limited effort put in to help visitors”

“Mooie plek, maar airconditioning is wel een must zonder zonwering met veel glas op het zuiden. Ook veel muggen bij aankomst in appartement. Uitzicht maakt een hoop goed, verder prima.”
