Appartamenti a Stazione di Bellano-Tartavalle Terme

“The view is spectacular. Additional instructions on where the unit located in the whole complex. Provide instructions on how to get there from Varenna train station by bus as in our case taxi and Uber were not available at the time, Google maps did not show the bus option, walking with luggage is not an option as it's a long steep and winding road. Tip: take the bus at the station, bus stop located at the end of the parking lot, get off at Perledo-Bologna stop and walk down to the propery.”

“The space wasn’t very clean, so many bugs everywhere, cobwebs in the corner and stained sofa/seat. The view was nice but not worth the hike all the way up and down each day. There was no bus and it was very hard to get a taxi. I would recommend staying closer to the town if you’re taking the ferries. ”

“This property was a nightmare. It was advertised as having AC, but only had one weak portable unit that couldn’t cool the home below 27C (80F), making it unsafe for our newborn who was overheating and crying nonstop. On top of that, we were warned not to use multiple electrical devices at once or risk losing power—making it impossible to use fans or cool the space.Worse, the water heater vented directly into the kitchen, filling the home with gas whenever hot water was used. This is an extreme...

The place was in need of a vacuum and many of the plates and glasses had collected dust and required us to rinse them before using. We were also unable to wash the dishes because the dishwasher wasn’t working (probably user-error) but when we messaged the host for instructions, they did not reply. There was also no dishwashing liquid provided to...

“The place was lovely. We had stunning view of the lake. Claudia was very helpful and gave us incredible recommendations”

“Mooie plek, maar airconditioning is wel een must zonder zonwering met veel glas op het zuiden. Ook veel muggen bij aankomst in appartement. Uitzicht maakt een hoop goed, verder prima.”

“The location was perfect for public transport - an easy flat walk from the train station and a short walk to the ferries. The flat has a beautiful view of the lake and access to a private beach. Aspects of the flat are a little tired, the taps in the kitchen move around, the shower needs the shelves repairing and mould removing. The air con in the main living area was appreciated and the check-in instructions were prompt and clear. Overall it was a good flat but with a bit of maintenance it...
