Daniel was prompt to respond to questions, and very knowledgeable of the area. The apartment complex has a great heated pool, workout facility and rooftop tennis courts. “The suite was spacious Great! fresh and Very Clean, we mostly ate out but there is a kitchinette. We liked the pool, the beach was very nice its about 1.5 blocks and to enter we went on the street called Sunset avenue which is a street over. We Got Great take out pizza at Amici Market and took it ti the beach many nice restaurants also more at City place across the bridge. Fun holidays we will return ”

“Rental was perfect for our visit. Quiet area, clean place, beds comfortable, (king in 2nd bedroom not twins) they were very accommodating and brought us in an air mattress which ended up not being needed, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. AC worked great!! Close to City Place and the beaches. Very friendly and accessible property manager. Look forward to staying again in the future!! Some construction going on 7/2025, putting in a pool which I’m sure will be beautiful when complete. ”
