“Appena arrivati scopriamo che l'ascensore non funziona e dobbiamo raggiungere A PIEDI su per le scale con valigie, passeggini e due bimbi piccoli, l'appartamento al 6° piano.
Chiamiamo subito l'assistenza di Smartflats che ci liquida con un gravissimo "l'ascensore non è incluso nella prenotazione".
L'appartamento è ORRENDO, sporco e tenuto malissimo, con macchie di dubbia origine sui tessuti, tante amenities non presenti (a differenza di quanto dichiarato). Non siamo rimasti neanche una notte,...

“L’apartment est moderne, bien équipé, comfortable (le lit et même le canapé-lit) et tout était très propre. Il est bien placé et on pouvait marché très facilement à tous les magasins et la grande place. La station de métro était juste en bas.
