“Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???”

“We spent five nights at the property in a one bedroom suite. After housekeeping did not show up the first day, we notified the front desk but no one showed up. On the third day, we again notified the front desk. That evening we found the towels were replaced and the trash cleaned. The coffee station was not cleaned and replenished and the bed was not done. “The hotel is located in close proximity to Washington DC if driving. The hotel needs updates, looks old and dirty. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the first floor next to the laundry room. Lots of noise in the morning. Workers were talking and moving stuff. Also, we arrived one night after 11:00 and both gates to enter to the parking were closed. It was very inconvenient. Staff was very dry no friendly. ”
