“The apartment was very nice and well furnished with kitchen and bath supplies. The beds and linens were comfortable and above average quality. The host was the most attentive host I have ever had and speaks perfect English. The only thing I would say is Perugia has the most twisty and hilly roads I have ever seen. Do what you can to check in while daylight so you can best find the place. You can’t just pull up to the front door. You have to park in the back, which takes another couple roads...

“L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato in modo creativo e ben attrezzato (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, ecc...). La vista dalla finestra del soggiorno è incantevole. E' a due passi dal Palazzo dei Priori, quindi centralissimo. Nei pressi ottimi ristoranti. Attenzione: è nella Zona a Traffico Limitato, il parcheggio vicino a casa è quasi impossibile e le due rampe di scale dentro l'edificio sono un po' ripide, ma la cosa è comprensibile visto che il palazzo è antico. I proprietari...

“Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage in Perugia. Die Wohnung liegt ideal um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Umbrien zu erkunden - der Busbahnhof ist zu Fuß und der Bahnhof mit der Minimetro sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben einige Tagesausflüge gemacht und uns jeden Abend wieder über die schöne Wohnung und die wirklich traumhafte Aussicht gefreut. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen... 5 Sterne!”

“What can I say - just fabulous appartment with so much space! Comfortable beds, bathrooms superb and as for the location, it’s near to the old town and minimetro nearby (Pincetto) means it’s so easy to cross town. Especially easy to get to the main station. Simona recommended good restaurants and was so quick to respond. Would recommend to everyone.”

Complete with an enormous library of books reflecting an English literature professor and his brother(?) a judge.Very classy!Of course you do have to climb six flights of stairs, but so what? “The apartment is very well located, a mere five-minute walk from the center. Communication with Valentina was excellent and we received the keys without any problem. She was also happy to give advice if you want it. The apartment is on the top 2 floors of an old but well-maintained building. I arrived in Perugia and had to find other accommodation at the last minute. No one local or at vrbo has yet responded. I should get a full refund for this and my troubles but am not counting on it.”

"Piscina molto bella ma essendo italiani nessuno si fa la doccia prima di entrare, taluni poi addirittura si siedono a bordo piscina e fanno un normale pediluvio muovendo i piedini in acqua, tipo bambini piccoli... abbastanza deprimente... ma con la struttura c'entra poco. Camera molto bella con tv grande e piccolo disimpegno per vestiti e scarpe. Doccia comoda, letto confortevole (traputino memory). Colazione davvero spettacolare di qualità oltre la media dei 4 stelle. Bar altrettanto piacevole e parcheggio a fianco all'entrata. Un posto davvero bello e molto ben tenuto, consigliatissimo, personale premuroso."
