Case in affitto in Stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella

“Everything was as expected. As a matter of fact, the apartment door at the street is across from the Uffizi exit. The square for this neighborhood had a professional orchestra two different nights. Also, we got a notification from Delta that our first flight home (to ATL) is delayed by 2 hours. That would have made us miss our connecting flight home. Our host was very kind and extended our stay for one more night.”

“Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma è un pò scomodo per arrivarci a piedi, soprattutto le scale di accesso alla struttura ”

“Pulitissimo e centralissino”

“Un gros WOW!!!! Service impeccable de l’hôte. Réponses rapides, supporte dans les réservations de restaurants et taxi. L’appartement est magnifique et extrêmement bien situé. On aurait mis 10 étoiles si cela aurait été possible.”

“We had such a wonderful time in Florence and wish we could have stayed longer because this location was so convenient, spacious, clean and beautiful! The hosts were very responsive. I cannot recommend it enough. If driving, make sure to communicate directly with the Lungarno garage about exactly how to get there before you enter the city because Waze and Google Maps take you to the wrong location! Would do it again in a heartbeat!”

“This was such a great place to stay. It is centrally located, the house was perfect for our group. We had all we needed and Maria was easy to connect with. She was really sweet. Highly recommend to stay here!”

“Lorenzo was very helpful, checked us in early and helped with the bag. Perfectly located apartment ideal for a small family spending few days in Florence. The host gave us good recommendations in the area as well that was very helpful. We used small kitchen and sitting area for breakfast and coffee:tea was all provided.”

“Overall this was an excellent rental! Location can’t be beat, bright, open, airy with old world charm. Loved there were 3 full bathrooms. The three main bedrooms were large and comfortable and the 4th would be suitable for a single person or child. This was an excellent choice for 3 couples on their first trip to Florence.”

“wonderful property and a safe area. we loved the space. lots of privacy, great bathrooms, kitchen was great for cooking, really happy to wash my clothes after two weeks of travel! The best part for us was the terrace. such a nice place to relax after a long day. Fell asleep on that bed! Thanks so much”

“Great location. Great communication. Definitely a great place to stay. ”

“So disappointed with this accommodation it had the potential to be a great experience. But the air conditioning did not work at the height of summer and the communication with the company was bad and not helpful. A big disappointment for the money paid.”

“If you expect a cozy room.. It's not cozy. It's a room in the house of the landlord, and you must share the bathroom with him. The room is a kind of closet with old things inside, the ones you should probably throw away but you don't have the courage. It's not clean, a bit smelly. We decided not to stay and come back home. For 97 euros, you can find much much better.”

“Beautiful renovated apartment. Original frescos on the wall combined the old with the new. Great location, many restaurants and sites within walking distance. Eva, the host, was very accommodating, responsive, and a delight to interact with. Highly recommend staying there when visiting Florence.”

“Karin, was extremely helpful as a host. If we had any questions she responded immediately. The house was very clean. If you are looking for a house with a great view of Florence just outside of the City Center this is perfect. The patio off the main floor is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The only thing guests would want to be aware of is that the walk back to the Villa is up a pretty good hill on the street that leads to town. Cabs are very easy to access as an easy alternative.”

“Property is closely located to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Was just as described. Will stay there again. ”

“Highly recommended!”

“Very nice place and location. Plenty of room and nice it was 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Having A/C when it was hot outside was ideal. ”
