On opening the door, the alarm was not turned off which left our ears ringing for about an hour from the loud noise. It also drew much unwanted attention until we reached the host who turned it off. “Outstanding location. Numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Metro station very close for easy access to all of Paris. Apartment had all of the amenities needed. Due to the close proximity of the cafes, the streets are very lively and noisy until early morning. Might be an issue for light sleepers but if you like to be in the heart of the action this apartment is awesome. ”
