“Nice place”

“The host, Florence, was absolutely lovely. She wrote down several recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores in the area and said hello to us often as we passed each other during the week. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the metro entrance is right next to the apartment, so it is easy to get places. We arrived during a heat wave, and unfortunately there was only one small fan to cool things down. But Florence recommended we open the windows at night and that helped.”

“It took us 1 1/2 hours for the owner to tell us we’re the key was and that left us standing in the street with luggage. The place had no AC on the first floor as described. Hot and uncomfortable only two floor fans that were dirty. No sheets on the pull out sofa bed. Few towels not enough toilet paper. If you walked around on the floors your feet were black. “This property was amazing! My family of 2 adults and 4 kids stayed there in April and had a fantastic trip. The loft is huge and we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space (much more comfortable than a hotel). Julie was a wonderful host and couldn't have been more accommodating. She met us at check in and spent lots of time showing us around and telling us about the neighborhood. “The location of this property is sensational - we loved being close to the Jardin du Luxembourg and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. The property itself was a great layout and spacious. The kitchen was well supplied. The property was very clean but there were some drain smells in the bathrooms. While the host provided check in instructions, I did not hear back from them with several questions I sent just before and during the stay, which was disappointing.”

“I am a very picky renter and the most important thing I need when I am on vacation is cleanness, beds I do not need to second guess and make me feel comfortable, and towels that I can use comfortably. Then comes the light exposure, amenities, comfort living and the neighborhood. This property checks everything. It is not luxurious, nor modern, however it is a cosy parisian style living. “My friends and Ioved staying here. When we came it was hotter than normal but luckily each room had fans for us to use. We loved the location but it does get a little loud in the mornings once the area gets busy, but we knew that would be the case! ”
