“The unit is dark, has horrible ventalation and smelled like mold. There is no air conditioning which made matters worse. All they had was a few old fans that barely worked. We didn't even stay one night. Stay away.”

“I motivo per cui abbiamo scelto quest’appartamento sono il location che risultava molto comodo a noi visto che volevamo muoversi solo a piedi e perche risultava pet friendly. Scrivo risultava, perche è stato cambiato prima del nostro arrivo, e pareva che lo staff nn era proprio sulla stessa idea. Quindi nn è piu pet friendly. La casa è trascurata, manca l’attenzione del personale proprio, biancheria del letto buttata dentro gli armadi compreso piumoni invernali, cuscini di decorazione, lenzuole...

“L'appartamento è fedele alla descrizione e molto bello. Un difetto l'ho trovato nell'aria condizionata che, essendo posta in alto, riscalda molto sopra e poco sotto. Poi aggiungerei qualche dotazione in piu: solo due rotoli di carta igienica e tre cialdine per il caffe in tutto (un po' poco per tre persone in quattro giorni). Invece da evidenziare positivamente la vicinanza al porto antico e altri luoghi di interesse.”

“Apartment is on the second floor, no lift and wasn't mentioned in details, not a problem for us. Mentioned that parking was available, 1 reason we selected it, however it was public, unsecured and expensive. Very near to a rave pizzeria with music playing until 2am. Towels smelt damp and you are DEFINITELY not allowed in until after 4pm, we arrived 5 mins early and had to wait a further 15 mins in 37 degree heat with little communication. “We loved our stay in this apartment in the middle of old town. It’s well located for restaurants, station and the marina. The rooftop balcony has amazing views of Genoa and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Mirko is a great host and the check in process was very smooth.”

“Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et très agréable. Commodités/commerces à proximité. Déplacements à pied faciles vers le centre ville, bus au pied de l'immeuble et train pour la côté proche (gare Genova Brignole). Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour à Gênes !
