J'appelle le service après-vente qui m'annonce qu'il y a eu un souci technique et que à l'adresse où je suis il n'y a plus de chambre. Il me dit qu'il me renvoie une autre proposition par mail. “Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.”
