“A very well situated apartment in the heart of the old city and away from the craze of rue Saint Francois de Paule. We were able to walk and tram to many attractions from this nicely appointed apartment. The apartment featured walls two-foot thick meaning no noise from the bustle of the city. Our hosts provided all that’s need to feel at home and cook meals if you desire. We loved Nice and the surrounding towns - when we return we will rent the apartment again. Oh! And very responsive...

“Very relaxing property with 2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and 2 baths. Apartment on second floor; there is an elevator which we used for baggage. It is quiet. Large living room and beautiful view of the water from one bedroom and also the living room. The balcony was wonderful, perfect for relaxing with guests. The view of the water, boats, and people swimming across the bay is stunning. Proximity to the train station and beach was perfect- 5 minute walk; the vielle ville was about a 10...

“Charming, precious, picturesque attic apartment in downtown Nice. Clean and thoroughly renovated, we very much enjoyed our short stay here. Apartment is equipped with everything you need - full-size kitchen appliances, dining room, and lovely bedroom with colorful accents. The skylights and dormer views of the square were extra special. We lived our stay here. ”

“Little hiccup getting checked in. Yes the Management company did send info on check in process, but it was an email sent 5 MONTHS before we arrived. Would have been nice to get a refresh a few days prior. Anyway, great location, comfy bed, nice modern unit. Right in the heart of old town with small grocery store steps from unit. ”

Apartment was lovely, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great dining room view to enjoy a glass of wine and meal with friends. Location is 10” walk to the grocery store and bakery for fresh croissants in the morning. Would highly recommend this place but the view is over the top! Mesmerizing ”

“Bien situé dans le Vieux Nice! Près des commerces et de la plage. En contrepartie, c’est bruyant le soir et tôt le matin. Il est préférable de dormir les fenêtres fermées.Les transports en commun sont facile d’accès. Même avec les inconvénients de bruits, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.”
