Appartamenti a Stazione di Nice-Pont-Michel

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

“An evaluation of the apartment based on its location and interior layout: 1. Location & Neighborhood: Outstanding (Musiciens District) * Transit Access: Exceptional. You are approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk to Gare de Nice-Ville (main train station, ideal for day trips to Monaco, Cannes, or Antibes) and steps from the Alsace-Lorraine / Thiers tram stops (direct access to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport via Tram Line 2). * Neighborhood Vibe: Situated in the prestigious Quartier des Musiciens...

“Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town.”

“The location was so convenient to mostly everything in Old Town Nice. The apartment provided a quiet and clean space during our stay. The host was very helpful when we had questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family or two couples. Very convenient to have a washing machine and clothes line after travelling. Our third visit to this apartment with many memories of the amazing view whilst sitting on the balcony enjoying meals or apero.”

“Appartement très bien situé, près de la gare, des trams et épiceries à proximité. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. L’air climatisé est très appréciée dans chacune des chambres. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie un peu et aurait avantage à avoir un support en hauteur pour y accrocher le pommeau de douche, même si on arrive à se débrouiller tel quel. Le salon, la salle à manger sont spacieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon pour y prendre nos petits...

“A beautiful and well-appointed property, with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. We were there for 6 days in June during high heat, and the air conditioning was excellent. The only draw-back -- and this is a function of the local geography, not the property owners' doing -- is that the property is located up on the hill cliffs (as are many properties in the south of France), which means returning home after coming down for meals, etc., by necessity includes a hike up a very steep incline...
