“We absolutely loved this house. It takes 20-25 mins to get to downtown Nice, but we loved hanging out by the pool and the wonderful views. If your looking for a nice peaceful place this is the one. The owners were awesome and you can tell they take pride in their house. We would take trips into town during the day to see the sights then hang out at night and swim.”

“We enjoyed two fantastic weeks in the villa in Nice in July 2025. Everything was just perfect. Patrick welcomed us at the first day and gave all information about the villa, the closer environment with bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a tram station close to the villa, that brings you directly into the center.The pool area and terrace is really very nice and calm. We very much enjoyed the villa and also Nice as a city.”

“The house is very convenient, located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from the city center. It is also nice if you are cycling, since you can ride to the hills (e.g. Aspremont) directly from the house. It enjoys from a nice swimming pool and poolside lounge. “Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in Agosto, 5 adulti e 1 bimbo piccolo. La villa è esattamente come visibile nelle foto, la collocazione delle stanze è un po' contorta (l'accesso alla stanza singola avviene attraverso la stanza doppia a letti singoli) ma la presenza di 3 bagni permette comunque un'ottima abitabilità.
