“The company that manages the apartment, WonderfulItaly, provided the wrong address and entry codes. Our flight arrived after hours so nobody was available to help. We gave the address to the taxi driver who took us to that address in a desolate area. So we asked to be taken back to the airport. We searched all the documents and the address was the same. “Sehr kleine Wohnung, direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegen. Verkehrslärm hält sich aufgrund gut isolierter Eingangstür und schmalem Fenster in Grenzen.Nach öffnen der Eingangstür steht man unmittelbar im Wohnraum bzw. der Küche. Das Schlafzimmer weist über dem Schrank nur ein "winziges" Fenster auf, das sich bei unserer Ankunft nicht öffnen ließ. Im Bad gibt es kein Fenster.Die Altstadt von Olbis ist bequem in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants. ”

“Un accueil très chaleureux de Frédéricà avec de gentilles attentions.Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. L'extérieur est agréable , avec une douche e appréciable ! ( les ptits chiens à l étage au dessus sont plutôt pénibles c est dommages ). Stefano est un propriétaire sérieux et bienveillant pour ses locataires. La proximité des magasins , du port et d Olbia en font un logement très bien situé. Nous recommandons ce logement !”

“Communications with the property's owners was good. We flew in late at night and we were sent photos for easy access to the apartment. We left early on our last day. Again all communication was via Whatsapp. The apartment was clean with all amenities. Close to Train and Buses if you were travelling around Olbia via Public transport. Situated right on Corso Umberto, lovely for the Italian passegiata and great choice of Bars and Restaurants.”

“Die Wohnung liegt einige Kilometer von Olbia entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein großes Einkaufzentrum mit zahlreichen Geschäften. Ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuss gut erreichbar liegt der Jachthaven von Olbia. Dort gibt es ein Restaurant, in dem man gut essen oder einen Cocktail trinken kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
