“The unit is owned or managed by a company not an individual. We had a lot of difficulty getting information in advance of our stay. My requests were met with generic responses as if they didn’t know or care where I was staying. The first morning after our check in we discovered we had no hot water. We proceeded with cold showers since we had an all day tour planned. We contacted them immediately but they did not reply for 3 hours. “The house itself is at the edge of town, with a beautiful view, a pool and a really cozy atmosphere. The host was really nice and helpful, even gave us tips, what and where should we visit.”
