“This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back.”

“My wife and I loved our stay here. The flat is wonderful and we talked a lot about how much we loved staying there. The view off the back terrace is gorgeous!Even better than that is the host, Martina. She was very communicative and accommodating. “Stunning view of Perugia. Central location perfect for restaurants and nightlife. Modern bathrooms inside historic architecture is one of my favorites when traveling. A great venue to enjoy Umbria.Convenient by train, bus or auto.”

“L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato in modo creativo e ben attrezzato (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, ecc...). La vista dalla finestra del soggiorno è incantevole. E' a due passi dal Palazzo dei Priori, quindi centralissimo. Nei pressi ottimi ristoranti. Attenzione: è nella Zona a Traffico Limitato, il parcheggio vicino a casa è quasi impossibile e le due rampe di scale dentro l'edificio sono un po' ripide, ma la cosa è comprensibile visto che il palazzo è antico. “Comfortabele woning van alle gemakken voorzien op 15 min loopafstand van het centrum. Ook dichtbij start roltrap naar centrum. Geen locatie voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Parkeren op openbare weg vlakbij appartement is meestal goed mogelijk met aanwijzing gastvrouw. Aardige gastvrouw die snel communiceert.”

“Loved this apartment! The location is spectacular - the front door opens out to restaurants and cafes and it’s a central spot with quick access to a lot of great activities. The space was beautifully decorated and modern with very unique architectural elements that we really appreciated. “I can not say enough about this property and the owner Giuseppe. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured on the site. Very convenient to everything. Giuseppe greeted us upon arrival and even drove us around to show us where the market was and where we could get a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Very pleasant and friendly owner. “We were in Perugia for a family wedding. The location of this property was within walking distance of the shopping and dining locations. The home was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The property's owner/family was very helpful with navigating the town and whenever we had a question or concern they answered their phone and provided assistance.
