My flight was delayed and they would not meet me that night because it was too late for them, so I had to sleep on a bench in the FCO airport. So I actually paid for the first night because they would not open the door that night.”

“This is a beautiful apartment, and communication with the host and check-in were incredibly easy.There are plenty of dining options nearby, but be aware that the apartment is located in a part of Rome that's not very "touristy." We had trouble getting a cab using the Freenow app when we wanted to venture out farther than what was walkable. “Hello. We finally left the apartment. Here are the things that made our stay miserable. On the first day when we arrived, after our long flight we wanted to take a shower. We quickly found out that for the 6 people that are staying we only got 2 towels. We then messaged the owner and he said that the towels will be brought right then.
