“The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping. The host replied to our questions very quickly that was...

“We loved staying in this VRBO. The location was incredibly central to everything we wanted to do and yet the street we were on was extremely quiet. The hosts did an excellent job in communicating with us and it was very clean and well equipped. Our only reservtion was that while the entire unit was very spacious, the entry foyer, whole quite large, was not of very much use to us, and the living room was on the dark side of the apartment and we did not use it at all. Instead, since we were only...

“Leonardo was a wonderful host. Prior to our arrival, I emailed him several times with questions which he promptly answered. He met us when we arrived and explained how to access the property. The property was centrally located. We could walk to most of the sites we planned to visit. We would stay there again if we visited the area.”

“We particularly enjoyed the location of the property, as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Within steps out the door, there are coffee shops and restaurants, and we made use of the very nearby grocery store for supplies for happy hours on the rooftop patio, which was fantastic. Communication with the property manager was especially good, My messages were answered very quickly and check-in was easy to complete.”

“An excellent spacious apartment. The description in the listing is accurate. Allan the property manager, provided great service during our stay. We were in Rome during extreme heat and the air conditioning system kept the apartment very cool. Well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 13 and the apartment contributed to the wonderful vacation we had for a week in June.”

“So this place was listed as 2 bedrooms. It's a a one bedroom with a pull out sofa in the living room. That's not 2 bedrooms, this is why I booked it for the 2 separate rooms. It's centrally located and walking distance from so many things. The place needs a lot of maintenance and improvement. The ac hose/ vent in the living room kept falling out, reached out the the host she never answered me so I just tried to fix it as best to work. The shower head had a horrible leak that would wet up...

“This was a perfect stay in the heart of Rome with a few caveats. The property itself is amazing! The balcony provides a stunning view and is a great place to have a little breakfast before heading into the city. The shower has a ton of hot water but unless you want to flood the entire bathroom, you need to hold onto the showerhead to rinse off…but that’s typical for Europe. There is a stovetop, microwave, teapot, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Only thing you need is a...
