“I booked a non-refundable reservation through Expedia, yet I repeatedly felt as though my booking might be canceled. Since I was on a cruise with limited internet access, this caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. Communication from management was not very helpful. The apartment is smaller than the pictures make it look. We hardly spent any time in the apartment though.
