“Un appartamento con rifiniture belle ed eleganti, una proprietaria gentile e disponibile e uno splendido terrazzino sulla scalinata di Trinità dei Monti. Abbiamo passato con la mia famiglia qualche giorno a cavallo dell’ultimo dell’anno ed è stata una scelta davvero azzeccata. Tra l’altro la posizione dell’appartamento garantisce la privacy e un silenzio insperato dato l’ingresso in Piazza di Spagna.”

“This apartment is in a great location for a short walk to the Spanish steps, and a short cab ride to Vatican City. It’s spacious and roomy and the AC worked well. The communication with the owner was very good. They only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so bring or buy some extra!”

“Overall we had a fantastic experience staying in Paolo’s apartment. It’s in the heart of the Prati district and you can walk everywhere! Literally 2 doors down is a great gelato place and within the block a restaurant, café and pharmacy. Within three blocks you have everything you need food and shopping wise.
