“AC was there. Place was super cute and ideally located. We walked everywhere. Of note, this is a fifth floor walk up so be aware before you book. Communication was overall good except when we had a problem (door buzzer--super loud--went off at 8am and we couldn't stop it) and we didn't get a response for more than 2 hours. If you are self sufficient, this is a great place. If you have a serious problem and it takes 2 hours for someone to respond. That's a problem. We truly enjoyed our stay and...

“Overall we had a fantastic experience staying in Paolo’s apartment. It’s in the heart of the Prati district and you can walk everywhere! Literally 2 doors down is a great gelato place and within the block a restaurant, café and pharmacy. Within three blocks you have everything you need food and shopping wise. Right across the bridge is Piazza de Popolo, and the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain are all within a 20 or so minute walk. It is located on a somewhat busy street so you’ll hear...

“L’appartamento è super centrale, veramente baricentrico nel centro di Roma. Si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo storico. E presente l’ascensore ma bisogna fare una piccola rampa di scale per accedervi. Super accessoriato e luminoso, l’appartamento è veramente come nelle foto. Supermercato sotto casa e ottime colazioni al Caffè Plebiscito proprio a due passi. La società che lo gestisce è super efficiente. Da ritornarci.”
