“The room is a basic room with a bathroom. No bells and whistles nothing fancy. There is no control of the AC so when the temps hit the mid to upper 90's we were at the mercy of the host beoing ibn control. Not to mention it is 3 long flights up with no lift. Fair, this was mentioned in the description.”

“The guy not so nice.”

“Our stay at this hotel was frustrating. The listing did not make it clear that an “External” room meant the bathroom was a shared single bathroom located on a different floor from the unit. While the staff was friendly and agreed to treat it as a private bathroom for an additional 10€ per night, the bathroom still remained unlocked and accessible to others. This inconvenience was made it difficult if one would need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The room itself had extremely...

Grazie! ”

“This apt in in an excellent location and a bonus it’s on a canal. The kitchen is shared by 2 other apts and this was not disclosed in the ad. Photos show bunks that aren’t there only a very worn out dirty couch. The bed is 2 very thin mattresses on the frame together. The window frames are rotted out. The shower disgusting with a bath mat at least 30 years old and nasty. The interior coming into the building was dirty.”

“Perfect location only minutes from the main train station in Venice. Close to many restaurants and shops. Less than 30min walk to St. Mark Square. Balcony in first floor common area overlooks the Grand Canal and is a great place to have a cocktail watching the many boats go by.”

“Cleanliness of the room was great. The location was great. The listing said their was a kitchen but that was not accurate. Mainly a bedroom with a bathroom and a very small and not easily accessible shower. The picture of the view from the room was actually the view from an sitting room external to the actual room.”
