“Great location and size of property. Host was communicative and very friendly. Had an issue with the key pad and they were there in five minutes to assist, which was greatly appreciated. House itself was quite dirty however and in a bit of an unexpected state (ie holes in walls, etc). It met our needs but I can’t be sure I would book again”

“The space is fine for folks mostly exploring the city and needing a place to sleep. It is not a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, more like 15. The bedrooms are on the third floor, bathrooms on second and first so getting around is somewhat inconvenient. This is especially true as Japanese stairs seem to be much steeper and shallower than in the West, made middle-of-the-night bathroom runs a harrowing adventure. The space also smelled odd, almost like a previous tenant smoked there and they tried to...

“今回宿泊で楽しみにしてた6階のお風呂とサウナを利用しました サウナは問題なく利用できました。 しかしながら浴槽内のお水は排水できたのですが浴槽外の床にお水を流したところ排水口に大量の毛髪が詰まっていて全くできず浴室内の床にどんどん水が溜まり大変な思いをしながらバルコニーの水掻きを使って何とか排水しました 排水溝を調べてみると、これまで長い期間掃除がなされていないようでした。 詰まっていた毛髪やゴミを何とかある程度除去したので何とかなりましたが1日の最後が最悪な思い出となりました。 もう二度と利用しませんし評価は最低とさせていただきます”

“大人数の家族でも部屋数があり、寝室に困らないゆとりの一棟で、快適にくつろげました。台所も備品充実していて、お風呂も広く、浴室乾燥がついているので、洗濯物も乾きます。ただ、トイレはリビングに筒抜けの小窓があり、においや音を気にしなければならないです。 テレビは地デジが見れなくて、アプリだけですが、そのパスワードがわからず電話問い合わせをしました。テレビの使い方がわかる説明書があるとより親切だと思います。 周辺に駐車場も多く、繁華街も徒歩圏内ですが、わりと静かでした。アメニティも充実していて、また大阪に来たら利用したいと思います。”
