Case in affitto in Stazione Imperatore Federico

“Desiree was AMAZING! She was very accommodating with our check in. She gave a tour of the home that was spacious and clean. She even offered to show us historical spots downtown! The list of restaurants were helpful. Short walk to the beach and the bus stop is right there on the corner so you can get around town. Restaurants were all within walking distance. Great location and extremely friendly host!”

“I stayed here for just over a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was communicative and check in was easy. The location is right on the beach as shown, it does get pretty busy but as your further towards the end of the beach I had no trouble finding space. The host also provides chairs and an umbrella for the beach which was great. There is a supermarket about a ten minute walk away, restraunts and a gelateria by the main road. You do have to take a car (uber) to palermo center.A...

“The house itself was lovely, well-kept and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay there very much. There is no elevator, as this is an older building, so future guests should know they will have to carry heavy things up stairs. This is a working neighborhood, not a tourist area, so there is considerable neighborhood noise but you can shut this out if the balcony doors are closed. The only negative for us was that there is a drought and we had the water shut off...

“Salvatore was very welcoming and helpful in finding the place and then finding parking . The listing however was very inaccurate. There is only one bathroom (toilet and shower) even though it is listed as having two- this is major miss.In addition one of the bedrooms did not have an operational AC unit (again it was advertised as having AC throughout)Very disappointing to the point where we cut our stay short by a day”

“Pros: De omgeving! Strand, restaurants, supermarkt, bus om de hoek. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en reageert altijd snel! Aanrader zijn de pizza’s bij Da Alfonso, deze zijn heerlijk en goed betaalbaar!”

“This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a vacation accommodation. The pictures VRBO is showing in the add for the property are very deceiving. My family will not even get out of the car when they saw the surrounding areas of the pretty and the looks of the property. I went inside and it was outdated, dirty, nothing like what the picture reflect. ”

“Pros: Super ausgestattet Sehr sauber Direkt am Strand Salvatore immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich! Cons: Für uns kein Problem, aber ein Hinweis für Menschen wäre hilfreich, dass zur Wohnung eine sehr steile Treppe führt”

“Pros: The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a couple of nights and was ok for 2 people. Beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. There was AC that helped with the heat. We were provided with coffee for the first day, water, juice and some snacks. Everything is a short drive away and we explored the region easily. Vergine Maria has a beach and one of the best ice cream shops in the region. Cons: The WiFi was quite unstable unfortunately. Also maybe the house was closed...
