“This was a perfect place to stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had a small balcony to relax on. It was in a safe, residential neighborhood, and it was within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. The most special aspect of this apartment was the host, Francesca. She met us in front on the apartment building to give us the keys and answered all our questions. “They said that we couldn’t stay at the loft because of a leak from another apartment, and they found another apartment for us. This new apartment was dirty with smell of cigarette. And a completely different neighborhood (both Milan). We had no choice because during Salone del mobile. Still waiting for a partial refund since the cost is not acceptable for what we experienced.”
