“What is there not to like when staying in such an iconic building, with excellent facilities, nice staff and an extraordinary view! Beware: the cooked breakfast is heavy stuff and perhaps for 2 to share 😀”

“Staff were friendly and helpful, location handy and beautiful, with red squirrels nearby and nesting house martins. My only suggestion would be that - as we should be reducing meat and dairy consumption for environmental reasons - vegetarian breakfast should be the norm.”

“A comfortable B&B just a mile or so outside of Aviemore serves a great base for exploring the Cairngorms. The made-to-order breakfasts and the dinners were both outstanding. All the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Da fuori l'albergo è la classica bella e tipica struttura british style ma dentro iniziano le magagne. Ascensore vecchio che il personale sconsiglia di usare (3 valigie da portare al terzo piano non è uno scherzo), tappezzeria sporca e puzzolente, infissi in condizioni disastrose. Dulcis in fundum infiltrazioni di acqua e gocce d'acqua che cadevano sul pavimento del soggiorno (ho avvisato l'impiegato e lui mi ha risposto che era tutto ok !). Quindi sarebbe utile una bella ristrutturazione o...

“Julie and I had a great stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we had to take Alfie, Julie’s scruffy wee dog at the last minute. I spoke to someone at the hotel and they kindly moved us to their sister hotel next door that allows wee hairy animals. We certainly would return again. I might even consider inviting Alfie as he enjoyed his stay too 😊. ”

“Stayed for the weekend with the family (2 adults & 2 kids aged 8 & 6). Room was a good size and clean. Great amenities on site - playpark, cinema, swimming pool, soft play & amazing pizza at the resort's Italian restaurant. ”
