“Breakfast was cold. My room had stains on the floor and lipstick stains on the comforter. Missing tiles under the bathroom sink. Staff was nice (except the breakfast staff). It was okay. ”

“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

“They were pet friendly. The room was dingery and the bath tub was so bad we would not even get in it to take a shower. The pictures on the website were not even close to how the room looked. We will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. ”
