Sun and Snow is an updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Dulany at the Gondola property that is a 2 minute walk to the gondola, with 2 on site hot tubs,fire pit, ski locker storage, free on demand Winter Only ski shuttle within the city limits 830a-1030p, and plenty of room for the whole family! This 3rd level south valley facing unit sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and sitting deck to enjoy the afternoon sun. The Jr. primary bedroom also has a king size bed, ensuite bath and vaulted ceiling with a fan for those warmer nights. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed plus a twin over a full bunk bed, perfect sleeping accommodations for all the kids. A separate hall bath is just across the 3rd bedroom and located next to the laundry closet complete with a stackable washer and dryer.

The living space in this property has a vaulted ceiling, a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone to watch the big game or your favorite movie! The deck off the living area is an inviting spot for morning coffee. A fully stocked kitchen is available providing all the essentials to make gourmet meals, plus the breakfast bar seats 3, and allows your junior chefs to be a part of the meal prep and planning. Parking is unassigned in the parking lot, there are a few covered spots available on a first come basis. No parking in covered spots that are assigned. 2 parking passes will be inside the unit. Please display the parking pass provided in the unit on your dashboard. NO Trailers or RV's allowed!!

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
