Accommodating up to 8 guests, Alpenhaven features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a serene primary suite with a king bed, a charming queen bedroom with a private deck and gas fireplace, and a bunk room that comfortably sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk bed and a separate twin bed. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, plus there is an additional half bath on the ground level. Spread out over 4 levels, this property is filled with natural light from the ground level all the way to the top!

Step outside on the upper most deck to soak in the large private hot tub. The direct view of the ski area is amazing, and soaking in the tub is the perfect way to relax after an exciting day on the mountain, winter or summer. Other amenities in the home include Wi-Fi, a full size washer and dryer, and essential safety features such as smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Guests are allowed to park 1 car in the garage and 1 car in the driveway. As a bonus, the garage is also heated with ample storage for all your gear, boots and clothing and a bench to put it all, keeping the front entryway clear of clutter!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
