Incredibili Viste Sulle Montagne Estive, Vasca Idromassaggio, Layout Spazioso

Questa è una unità d'angolo al piano superiore del complesso che offre privacy e splendide viste. Apri la porta ed entra nella grande zona giorno con spettacolari soffitti a volta aggiungendo l'atmosfera spaziosa. La zona pranzo e la cucina completamente attrezzata sono proprio accanto ad essa. C'è un sacco di spazio per tutti da appendere intorno al camino a gas senza sentirsi affollato. Al largo della sala da pranzo è l'ampio balcone con vista mozzafiato, circondato da pioppi per la privacy e una vera sensazione di montagna.

La camera da letto principale è al piano di sotto e ha un bagno completo en-suite, alto soffitto a volta e letto matrimoniale. A questo livello, troverete anche la seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e alto soffitto a volta per un'atmosfera extra spaziosa.

Al di fuori della seconda camera da letto è il secondo bagno completo, condiviso dalla zona giorno. Andare sulla scala a chiocciola che conduce al soppalco al piano superiore e sarete stupiti di quanto sia grande. Ci sono 2 letti singoli (o un letto king size) lì, un altro bagno con vasca idromassaggio e molto spazio lasciato per un altro soggiorno. Ogni camera ha una TV. Non c'è bisogno di portare gli sci in quanto hai il proprio armadio per gli sci proprio fuori dalla porta anteriore. Il complesso, situato a solo 800 metri dalle piste, offre un servizio navetta gratuito invernale, 2 vasche idromassaggio all'aperto e un servizio lavanderia. Valore imbattibile per la posizione e lo spazio che stai ottenendo qui!

Good location for shuttle to mountain. The walking distances to lifts listed are not accurate. It is a 17-20 minute walk to lifts. The kitchen needs to be restocked of basic cooking needs. We had to purchase our own salt. Some of our guests complained that the showers did not drain well but that is minor. I would stay again for the shuttle convenience

Everything was good. The only disappointing thing was the gas fireplace was broken and it was after hours on Friday night that we discovered that it was broken. We didn’t receive any return calls from the property management co during our stay.

Early Summer Steamboat Visit

Condo has a nice spacious layout. Great opportunity and environment to sit out on the deck. The kitchen and living room furnishings are nice. The bathrooms are updated nicely.

We loved our stay in Yampa 212. The lock on the door is a coded lock that changes around every time you put the code in so it is extra safe. This place is very comfy, cozy, & clean, the supplies are in abundance. “Supplies” as in kitchen ware, fans, blankets & even a pack & play upstairs. The best part was the back balcony, which provided us access to seeing tons of humming birds feeding from the neighbors feeders. We saw a hawk & we hot to see a bear. Spoke to a neighbor that lives there & she mentioned that this bear we saw had a mother (that for some reason, I didn’t ask) was put down years prior. I should have asked but didn’t. If you want to have a quiet night in this is the place to get. Its upstairs area is a loft with two beds, great for teens or anyone that would like to take the spiral stairs up & down. One queen & one day bed with a trundle.The shower upstairs is very roomie. Down stair the master has a king & the third bedroom has two sets of bunks. Just a lot of room. Over all this was just an all around great experience. I do suggest that whoever owns this should place two humming bird feeders off of your balcony, just so visitors can experience the cuteness overload of the 5 humming birds we saw. There is one humming bird that’s black & three green ones & one with purple. It would of been a more interesting experience if we had the hummingbirds closer to us. But still worthwhile.

Great place for 2 families

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths make this condo ideal. The shuttle service is top notch. It comes every15 minutes and on demand in the evenings.

good but...

The property itself was as advertised. It was clean and enough for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Plenty of bed space with four year bunk beds, a queen in the bedroom and a queen in the loft. The problem we had was when we arrived the digital keylock was not working and was in the "deadbolt" mode so there were no numbers on the screen to use the combination. It was after hours so we called the emergency number which was a call center not in steamboat. They called the person on call locally but nobody came. When we spoke to the manager of the call center, he noted that they do not get any confirmation that the on-call person received their messa and just assumed that the message was received. So after lugging all of her luggage to the apartment we had to reload the car at 10:00 at night and find a hotel to stay. The next day the local management was in the office and were most pleasant and helpful. They refunded our money for the night where we could not get in. However the whole experience was not a great way to end the day after a long plane ride and car trip. Otherwise the location was good. You can walk to the base which is about a 10-15-minute walk depending on conditions but walking home is all uphill and is a little arduous after a day on the slopes with all your gear. There is a shuttle which comes by pretty regularly in the morning but getting back is a little more difficult w/ less consistent shuttle service from Retreia because of all the people leaving

good stay

Good location, shuttle to the ski base was convenient. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, it was in clean condition. unfortunately the heat in the living room was not working, so the living room and upstairs landing got quite cold at night.

Overall quite nice, 4/5 for sure. Shuttle service is awesome! Could use a bit of TLC on maintenance (fireplace fan not working, upstairs shower drain clogged, other minor maintenance needs). Note, not walkable in general, its a the top of a big hill. Steamboat is a dream!

Family Escape

We booked a four night ski trip to Steamboat and had a fabulous time. Used the short shuttle ride to the resort frequently and never waited more than a few minutes. Perfect getaway for a 3-generation family vacation.

Beautiful property

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids. We loved this property! The kids spent lots of time on the balcony watching wildlife, and even spotted a few bears. The beds were comfortable, and the space was very clean.

Beautiful

The condo is updated and was perfect for 8 people! The property sits up pretty high above Steamboat and cooled nicely in rhe evening. We didnt have issues with parking, but only two spots allowed per unit. The only thing that needs fixing is the upstairs shower door...it would catch and we were afraid it could break and hurt someone. Great spot. We will be back.
