Plus, a delicious homecooked meal can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen! When nights come to a close, each spacious bedroom has a flatscreen TV for catching up on favorite shows before dozing off to sweet dreams.

    Guests will be spoiled with a stay in Steamboat Springs with easy access to the slopes, unlimited hiking trails, and amazing restaurants mere steps from their front door. In the winter, let the free shuttle service whisk you around town to the main attractions. Come summer, the golfers of the group will love heading over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a round of 18 each morning. The location is great with about a 50 yard walk to the slope and a very short ski down to the main gondolas/ski area. There was a convenient ski locker for the condo, and parking was uncovered but very close. The two bedrooms both have king beds (not new mattresses but comfortable.). The bathrooms could use an update, but it was completely fine and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

This condo is both easy to ski in/ski out and a short walk to the hot tubs. Great location! Accommodations were cozy and convenient. Only thing I’d wish for was more substantial blankets/comforters. Overall would stay again anytime!

This does not qualify as ski-in/ski-out in my book. In ski boots, carrying skis and poles, it is a 6 min. uphill walk to the trail (I timed it). It could potentially be ski-in with good snow conditions. However, it's not easy to find the route from the trails. Otherwise it's perfectly comfortable and pleasant. If I could give it 4.5 stars that would be my score.Note that you will actually be renting from Vacasa.

Good location, had a smokey smell

Location is good, short walk to gondola, sleeps 6, but best for 2 couples. There was a bit of a Smokey smell in the unit when we stayed, and we eventually had to relocate however.

This condo is in a great location with 2 king beds. Perfect for two couples. A few things that would really improve the place 1. Add some serious lighting. It is so dark and dingy 2. The master mattress needs replaced really bad... we were sleeping in divots. 3. Take all the knickknacks off the top of the cabinets in the kitchen. To small as it is..

Great location and clean, short on responsiveness

The unit was great, clean, and small but perfect. The location was great. This felt like ski in ski out because we were able to get to the gondola without walking. However, when I arrived my allergies kicked in and I sent an email to vacasa because I was concerned about an emergency in the middle of the night if there were pets in the unit (owners are allowed to have them), but I still have not heard from anyone.

Nice unit but bed springs on one of the mattress's are shot. Needs to be replaced feels like your sleeping down hill. They look ok till you lie on it.

frustrating management

The condo was clean and comfortable. My booking through VRBO said checkout was at 11:00am, the management at the property later told us we had to be out by 10:00am. A big difference for a family with young kids, especially when the point of staying the night was to get a few hours of skiing in the morning while the kids were comfortable in the condo. The management was rude about the mix up and told me to straighten it out with VRBO.
