  • Make the best mountain memories with family or friends at this spacious, sunlit, and inviting third-floor condo. With vaulted, exposed beam ceilings, a warming brick fireplace, and a large TV in the living area, you'll slip into vacation mode in no time at all. This condo also includes a deluxe, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for six for home-cooked meals or family game nights, and a furnished and covered patio with a table for four for alfresco dining or relaxing evenings together. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool and soothing hot tubs. This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

    Perched less than a half-mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort, you will be mere minutes from the lifts, shops, and terrific restaurants that make this mountain town so very special. When the summer sun is shining, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two-and-a-half miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. You'll also be just six miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

    A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. This condo had what we needed to enjoy a 3 night stay for 2 people We did not cook any meals during our stay. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good.

Super nice condi in greal location

Clean and spacious, we used in summer for MTB race, great location if you come skiing or actually anything. It is on 3rd floor so count on some steps :-). We would come back!

Our stay in Steamboat

Overall, we had a wonderful time and the property was adequate. The condo was clean but a bit tired feeling. Carpet and sofa could use updating and master bedroom fan needs fixing.

Location, location, location

We loved the easy location of this condo! It was close to everything. A very short walk to Gondola and lift and next to many restaurants. The condo itself was well equipped and clean. It is a bit dated. It’s also on the third floor which was fine for us other than there was no way to get the stroller upstairs. We had a great time!

Overall great stay, but the mattresses need to be updated. Absolutely terrible. Would be nice if they had refilled the salt and pepper mills.

Ski mountain condo

Really enjoyed staying here. The check in and staff were nice. The condo was clean. My only drawback was no AC and it was a hot week. Couldn’t be in the condo too long during the day but not a huge impact. And there were a ton of small juice glasses but very few tall drinking glasses. More would be nice. Overall I would stay here again. Great location to get downtown and to a grocery store for supplies.

Nice house / clean few issues

The house seem pretty clean full of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Be aware the master bathroom is very tight and we also had an issue with the light not working properly in the master shower and the tv not working in the master bedroom but we were not there long enough to bother contacting anyone to fix them.

Will stay again

This condo was just what we were looking for in Steamboat: outside of downtown area, walkable neighborhood, views. Front desk crew were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Two things to note - 1. no elevators, which we only use to unload and load luggage and gear. 2. Primary bathroom is a tight squeeze and my parter needed to step into the shower to shut the door :)

Ski get away

Great location with easy walking access to Steamboat base. This unit was comfortable and everything was in working order. Management seemed to be on top of everything and readily available. The property is a little dated, but a good value. I would stay again. Thanks you VRBO and Vacasa.

Texas Week stay

Pros: views were beautiful, loved the fireplace, check in process seamless, top floor, staff was so nice, shuttle bus was a nice bonus, excellent location to ski. Cons: 3 flights of stairs (we didn’t mind), carpet is old (had to wear socks or slippers), beds were horrible (could feel the springs),dishwasher soap holder was broke, no bathtub, quiet hours are not enforced so can possibly hear the people in the hot tub We did get stuck in the parking lot the last day but the VACASA staff came and got us out. They are our hero’s and because of them we will be back.
