This particular unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

This condo has no air-conditioning, but home cooling is rarely needed in the mild summer climate of Steamboat Springs. This second-floor condo is accessible via one flight of stairs and may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.
