A gas fireplace is the warm heart of the open layout with comfortable seating in the living room plus a dining table for meals or family game nights. There is also a private, covered balcony with a table and seating accessible from the living room and primary bedroom. The well-equipped, full kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and brand-new appliances.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a private, updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second bedroom, as well as a second full bathroom with a tub. If you require additional sleeping, the living room has a sofa bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
