Welcome to your ideal Steamboat Springs getaway! This beautiful two-bedroom condo is located in the heart of the Mountain Village area, just ¾ of a mile from the ski slopes and steps from the Bear Creek Trail system and Core Bike Trail. A five-minute walk brings you to Whistler Park, making this the perfect home base for both summer and winter adventures.

From the moment you step inside, natural light streams through large picture windows and a sliding glass door, highlighting the warm and inviting living area. A cozy gas fireplace and a private patio create the perfect setting to relax after a day outdoors.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space is designed for connection and comfort. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The bar seats two, and the dining table seats six—great for meals, games, or planning your next outing. A leather sofa and plush loveseat invite you to unwind in front of the large flat-screen TV.

Bedroom Layout for Privacy and Comfort:
The two bedrooms are thoughtfully placed on opposite sides of the living space for added privacy—ideal for families or two couples.

The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and has easy access to the second full bathroom across the hallway, which includes a spacious walk-in shower.

Additional perks include a large laundry closet with a full-size stackable washer/dryer, a curated collection of board and card games, and a private, heated one-car garage. As part of the Quail Run community, you'll also have access to a shared hot tub, playground, and even a 9-foot shuffleboard—perfect for both adults and kids.

Spacious and open living area and big kitchen

This condo is on the local bus line and is a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor. The kitchen-dining-living area is open and spacious. The kitchen is very well outfitted and we cooked in all but one night on our week’s stay. We also enjoyed the hot tub which is a little bit of a walk to. I would prefer a unit that we could let ourselves in and when leaving leave the keys instead of having to drive to another location to check in and get keys as well as return keys. The unit was not ready when we arrived to get the keys, but was ready shortly after 4:00… so only a 10 to 15 minute wait.

Excellent stay in Steamboat

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean, bigger than we expected, plenty of bed/pull-outs for sleeping. We loved the heated garage and the shuttle service with Retreatia. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay overall

We were here for the week to snowboard. Having the garage area to store our gear was perfect. We loved all the kitchen amenities because we like to make smoothies and make our supper. The beds and pillows are comfy, we loved the fireplace and the hang out area. I also appreciate having paper towels, garbage bags, some dish soap and laundry detergent. My one minor complaint is that the rugs needed washing and the floor wasn’t the cleanest, the corners need a good vaccuum as well. Otherwise we loved our stay, it was a great location and easy to get to the mountain and we would definitely stay again.

Feel Like Home- great location!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Well maintained and spacious for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. Covered patio had a grill and it was a peaceful view to watch all the people and their dogs walk the bike path. 10-15 minute walk to gondola and ski base. Toiletries provided were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being torn off(last week of July). Workers were there from 7 am-7 pm including the weekend. We couldn't park at the condo during the day so very inconvenient.

Pretty decent place

Good place, clean and quiet. Good kitchen Bed was so so. 4/10 comfort from us and comparing to other airbnbs Having stayed similar places in the area the main drawback was patio facing street. No patio chairs to hang out on and streetlight shines into living and bedrooms at night (can close blinds). Otherwise okay place.

Nice Clean Condo

Nice condo, clean, well maintained. Hot tub keypad was frozen so could not use. Reported to Retreatia property manager but they were not able to fix during our stay. Still giving 5 stars as not within the owner's control.
