Bellissimo condominio Steamboat con splendida vista sulle montagne!

Questo studio, 1 condominio per le vacanze a vapore con vasca da bagno che può ospitare comodamente 4 persone è proprio sulle piste. Scivoli dentro per un pranzo veloce e poi colpisci di nuovo le piste, la Champagne Powder probabilmente ha accumulato altri 4 pollici durante quel periodo. Si trova a pochi passi da Ski Time Square e da Gondola Square, il cuore della Steamboat Ski Area, dove si trovano numerosi ristoranti. Dopo una lunga giornata di attività, immergetevi nella vasca idromassaggio esterna guardando le piste e circondati da una bellissima serenità.

La città di Steamboat Springs è sede di sci di livello mondiale, opportunità ricreative per tutto l'anno, e una vivace cultura occidentale - il tutto circondato da alcuni dei più bei paesaggi di montagna del mondo. Nice Condo for Two

The condo is nice and stocked well. It’s an efficiency and bathroom is small, but decorated well and enough space for two! We didn’t need anything! The price was great and since we wanted to stay the week, it made that affordable! Note the other review comments about elevator and two flights of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues or packing in and out a lot of stuff, it wouldn’t be as convenient.

A De-facto ski-in, ski-out ! A treat

Perfect for the two of us, once settled in. Right on the slope. Well appointed kitchen. Easy walk down to the base for dinner. Nice walk back up afterwards.

Ski get away

Location is great. Ski in ski out was so convenient. Steamboat was amazing. Property was clean comfortable. Only issues was entering property on 6th floor and elevator only goes to 4th floor so you have to walk up/down two floors, but was worth the convenience of ski in/ski out. Would definitely stay again

Great location on the mountain but a trek to get to from parking

Ski in ski out which was great - but to get to the unit you had to take the elevate down two floors, follow a couple hallways with rights and lefts, then take 2 flights of stairs to then find the unit. We came with our 7month old baby which included many things (pack in play, etc) and thus it was a bit of a pain halling our things in and out. Otherwise the unit is nice and clean.

Condo nice. Much effort to get from parking lot to unit.

This is in an old building but the condo itself has been updated recently. The trip from our car to the unit itself requires lots of effort. Multiple doors, halls, level changes make it very challenging to cope with. If you have ANY mobility problems, choose another unit.. It is an open view out of the balcony, but the view is of a construction zone and we heard constant beep, beep, beep, of heavy equipment backing up all day long. I will not be staying here again.

Good accommodations

The condo is very nice; well-furnished, updated, and clean. In addition to the bed and sleeper sofa, the ottoman also folds out into a twin bed and was wonderful to have the extra sleeping space. The ski-in/out is convenient to the slopes. As mentioned by others it is a bit of a walk to get to the condo from the car but the upside is there is virtually no foot traffic outside of the room (people walking in ski boots can be very loud). The fireplace did not work, we called the maintenance, who was very responsive, but also could not get it to turn on. Otherwise, great place.

Comfortable low-key condo

This condo totally met expectations. It had everything we needed or could expect and we were perfectly comfortable. It was clean and reasonably well-maintained. Like some other reviewers mentioned, it is a hassle to get to from the parking lot. Be prepared to carry all of your stuff at least two flights of stairs. Also, key pick up and drop off is at the offsite property management company office. That office is at least a seven minute drive from the property down to the highway - inconvenient but fine. Would stay again.

Nice unit, one hassle after another

No heat, fireplace not working, (leaked gas to lightheadedness), noisy construction in unit above, management nonresponsive (implied we were making it up), it took us multiple phone calls and a lost afternoon of our short stay to get a response. Terrible management company (Retreatia).

Decent cozy ski in ski out must be able to carry equipment and luggage up and down stairs

In need of some updates and maintenance. Fireplace never turned on, shower curtain liner was grimy and had a few mold spots. I messaged the after hours contact with zero response back. They did eventually bring a new curtain liner after another couple of calls and a shower or two later (ewe). The hot tub only worked one night of the three night stay but was very clean with a nice view of the ski hill. The refrigerator which is in the main unit as a studio hummed throughout the night. Very short supply of towels and pillows. The pull out sofa needs a new mattress pad and was not usable as it was severely concave slopping towards the middle. The refrigerator had kitchen dirt/ food on face and handle that it appeared the cleaning crew had missed. Finding the unit proved difficult as we had to stop and ask another tenant and eventually wander the maze down several flights of stairs. There was not really any signage or convenient route down to slope side level. All bags and equipment had to be carried down. Hopefully the the unit owner/ manager will address the items I communicated with them so the condo drawbacks which cannot be changed are less of an issue. And also work on responding to after hours communication as the condo owners are likely paying for this management service feature.

Nice stay in Steamboat

Steamboat was a lovely experience. The condo was very nice and perfect for our getaway. It was clean and had all we needed. Our only issue was the lack of transportation. We understood there would be shuttles to get us around and that we wouldn't "need" a car to get around. And up until 4:30, that is true. But the free shuttles stop running then and if you want to go anywhere, you have to walk. There is no Uber or Lyft vehicles anywhere close and you have to get lucky to get one. We couldn't even get to the grocery store to have snacks or food we could cook in the kitchen. And since the lift ticket prices are so high, we didn't want to go during ski hours to the store. I would have definitely reserved a rental car way in advance since there weren't any rental cars available once we were there. Other than the transportation it was great... Just tired after walking our wine and beer a mile up the mountain!

Nice condo in great location

While we had originally booked a ski in/ski out condo, we had to be relocated to this property because of an issue with the first one. This was handled well by Retreatia and we had no issues. We enjoyed this larger, comfy condo and the frequent shuttle got us to the slopes quickly.

Awesome location and views

We really enjoyed our time in steamboat springs and this location really helped. Short walk to the slopes was needed, but skiing right into the building, with easy access to the ski lockers and having an elevator made those tired afternoon legs happy. Short walk to bus lines made getting around town very simple for those that choose not to bring a car. Same for the walk to gondola square. The views from the deck of the slopes and the mountains were just awesome. Building was quiet and access to hot tub and sauna would be great in a non-covid year. We would definitely come back and stay here in the future.

Location is great!

The ski-out location is amazing - really nothing beats it. It's a bit of a hike to get into the property, down the elevator, then outside and down the stairs to go past the hot tub and up the stairs - good conditioning for skiing. The condo is well equipped, especially the kitchen which was greatly appreciated. The sheets are soft, would recommend investing in a few new pillows. There is normal noise - you hear the ski traffic down the stairs in the morning. Retretia is easy to work with and responded to a maintenance issue. All and all, a great place and we will be back! Thank you.

Great Place!

My husband and I loved our stay at your condo! It was perfect for two, beautifully decorated, very clean, and one of the most well stocked condos we have ever stayed at. Perfect location, ski-in, ski-out, with just a minor inconvenience getting to the 2nd floor but we expected that. We are first timers to Steamboat and would love to come back next year.

Storm Mountain

Nice older little condo. Very clean and updated. Location within the building is a little problematic. Elevator ride down two floors followed by several hallways and two flights of stairs to get to it. If you have much luggage, plan on multiple trips back and forth. If you're looking for something close to town, maybe not the best choice. Right at the base of the ski area, but a short drive will get you into town.
