Questo bellissimo condominio Dulany con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova a pochi passi dall'area sciistica di Steamboat. Questo condominio ristrutturato all'ultimo piano offre viste sulla Yampa Valley e sulla Steamboat Ski Area! L'open space consente alla tua famiglia di trascorrere del tempo insieme condividendo un pasto o storie del tuo giorno avventuroso! Ogni camera di questo condominio è decorata con un tocco moderno di montagna. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 8 al tavolo con 2 posti aggiuntivi al bar per la colazione. Il soggiorno offre molto spazio per la famiglia e gli amici per rilassarsi insieme. C'è una grande HDTV sopra il camino a gas. L'appartamento dispone di una TV in ogni camera da letto. C'è la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita per tenere tutti connessi.

La master suite dispone di un comodo letto king size e di un bagno privato con infissi aggiornati. La camera da letto 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite. Didn’t have hot water after we checked in and no hot water the morning we left. The hot water came on about 2 hours later after we checked in around dinner time. We just kept checking for hot water. Called (left a voicemail both times) and texted property management both times. They never returned the voicemails or texts. I would not recommend but the location is great.

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo - it has everything we need, but a couple issues from this last visit: it was not management's fault, but the entire condo lost hot water shortly after we arrived. They preferred to move us to a different location (about a mile away) but we decided to stay (with only cold water) since we had just gotten unpacked and my older parents did not want to be moved. Management agreed to us staying and refunded us the last night of our stay. Second, the bed in the master bedroom was pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, the location was perfect and if the bed was replaced we'd consider staying here again in the future. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay

This was a great property. Very well appointed and situated perfectly. We had Snowboarders with us and the located was incredible. The rest of us enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, shopping, the Gondola and the overall scenic quality of the property. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be staying here again for next years Steamboat trip.

We loved everything about this condo. The view the amenities the location everything was perfect. We actually went to book it again for 2026 but the price doubled from 2025 so we had to look elsewhere.

Great family gathering place

In town for a long weekend with adult children. Great location, super comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well appointed with every supply needed and the large dining table provided a nice meal gathering spot!

Steamboat Gem

The listing underestimated the stunning views and easy walking distance to Steamboat resort base. The unit was quiet with easy access to the local walking trail. Just be prepared for a shower door that leaks. Hopefully the owners will repair that soon.

Convenient, cozy and comfortable

The property was clean inside and out. Having three bathrooms was a delight, the kitchen included sufficient flatware, plates, glasses, etc. as well as kitchen appliances and utensils, the views from the 5th floor were lovely, the two balconies were used and appreciated, seating areas were comfortable, all rooms were decorated tastefully, the guests in the surrounding apartments were quiet, the location of the condo is superb.

Outdated building, management just ok

The views are great, especially of the flat tops. You can hear the creek below too, which was wonderful. The living room and kitchen area is open and bright with lots of windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very dark, with poor lighting and windows facing the noisy outside hallway. Parking was easy. Great location. The outside of the building is very dated; spalling concrete beneath most railings. You have to go up or down stairs to get to the very noisy elevator; the elevator makes a disturbing sound every time. There was a dog barking on the second floor the entire stay. The sink handle in one bathroom was not attached. The master bedroom tub makes a loud gurgling sound every time the toilet flushes. The place was not cleaned very well; hair, crumbs, greasy stovetop, mildewy shower curtain. The bed linens do not fit the pillows or mattresses, so the end of the pillows are exposed, along with half the mattress, and neither had any kind of protective covers. The check-in process was terrible; our code did not work, and we were told to call different numbers only to have no one answer the phone. After four attempts of talking to people at Retreatia, we were asked if we used the pound sign first; it was very unclear that this was required before the code. The housekeeper tried opening the door at 8:30am. When we told her we would not be out until 10, she held up her schedule and tried to tell us our unit was first on her list. We told her to come back at 10, closed the door.

Stone's throw from the Gondola

We loved staying in Dulany 504! The condo unit had was super comfortable with everything we needed -- including a great view of the mountain from the 5th floor. A short walk from the Steamboat Gondola made this ideal for a small group with different start and stop times. We hope to return.
