Questo recentemente ristrutturato una camera da letto, un bagno condominio è il perfetto rifugio di montagna per coppie o una famiglia con bambini piccoli. Lo spazio abitativo aperto combinato con un grande, comodo divano, camino a gas, TV a grande schermo, posti a sedere per tre e una cucina che ha tutto il necessario per godersi una mattinata tranquilla o una cena da buongustai farà in modo di non voler mai andare via. In estate, porta il tuo pasto sul balcone e goditi l'aria fresca di montagna mentre guardi il tramonto dietro Emerald Mountain.

La camera da letto ha un nuovo letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e spazio per rilassarsi. Il bagno è appena fuori nella hall con tutti i nuovi infissi. Per dormire in più, il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale.

Il complesso si trova a soli 400 metri dalla Ski Base Area / Gondola Square (5 minuti a piedi) e dispone di grande piscina riscaldata, 2 vasche idromassaggio, barbecue grill a gas, molto ampio parcheggio e cortile. Durante l'estate, c'è un campo da beach volley sul retro.

L'unità è dotata di un armadio per gli sci appena fuori dalla porta anteriore.

Cute and updated little condo! Was supplied very well from the kitchen to the bathroom. Just wish there could be a bit more seating in the living area. The location was GREAT!!! It was super clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My husband and stayed here for 2 nights and it was lovely!!! Had everything we needed and it was the MOST comfortable bed we've ever experienced in a rental! The pool was an added bonus!great

Small but nice

Very clean condo with just about everything you could ask for. Enough coffee for 2 mornings, sugar packets, shampoo, conditioner and some bar soap. Perfect for a short stay. Nicely decorated and the recent updates were very well done. Couple of things that could be improved upon. The ceiling in the bathroom and hallway are very low. If you are over 6’, you are going to have to duck. The tub shower area has no light in it so it is extremely dark when you shower. A light over the tub would be an awesome addition. Some instructions on how to use the shade over the deck would be great. The afternoon sun is killer so you really can’t enjoy the deck in late afternoon. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbors above us whose language left a lot to be desired. No fault of the owner but was disappointing during our stay. Pool area could use some maintenance as there is cracking all along the pool deck. Water temp was great and we enjoyed the hot tub. Overall a nice stay.

Convenient and tidy stay very close to mountain.

The Rockies - where this condo is located - offer convenient access to the Mountain. The unit was tidy and great for our 3-night stay.

Fantastic little condo!

This was a wonderful, clean and comfortable place for us to stay during our pre-Christmas trip. Everything was actually better than the description, and the rental folks were super easy to work with and communicative. We let them know about a minor leak with the dishwasher and they immediately referred it to their maintenance team. Very happy with the experience and we will definitely consider this option whenever we are headed to Steamboat in the future!

Comfortable. Good wifi. Updated. Location 10 min walk to resort. Shower is dark . Lots of footstep noise on outside stairs and above unit. Outdoor light right outside bedroom with light blinds so doesnt block light. Stairs from parking without elevator. Far from hot tub. Management office offsite for check in and out.

Perfect for Two People

Nice condo. Just the right size for my husband and myself. Well stocked kitchen, bedding and towels. Good view, doesn't look out over the parking lot. It could use a lot more light in the bathroom. Too dark to shave in the shower. It could also use at least one bedside lamp so you don't have to get out of bed to turn out the lights. You have to really push the front door closed to make it latch. We found that out returning from our first evening meal. The door opened as we were putting the key in the lock.

Perfect condo for our family of three. Great location!

Easy check in process. It’s walking distance to the gondola or has easy shuttle access. It was the perfect spot for a last minute Steamboat weekend!

checking in and out

The property was great. Very clean. Needs a few minor repairs but nothing big. Our complaint was the check in and out process. We had to drive elsewhere to check in and then to check out. This is very inconvenient when you have driven a distance to get there and there is a lot of traffic. I much prefer HomeAway properties that have a smaller management company and/or individual manager. I will not rent again with a company like Retreatia.

Great remodeled cozy condo in Steamboat!

We had a wonderful visit in Steamboat at a great location, walking distance to Steamboat Resort. Easy drive to downtown for all of the 4th of July activities. Cozy nicely remodeled unit with 1 bedroom and a pullout couch for our son. The only thing stopping they made us not rate the unit as 5 stars is the check-in and key situation. You need to go get actual keys and then the use of the key in the actual door is not super user friendly. Would recommend getting a new door knob with keyless entry for guests to go directly to the unit and not have to use actual keys. The closing and locking of door was not always working on first try. The rest of the experience was great!

Great Place for a long weekend!

We have not stayed at this complex before, and enjoyed it very much. Pleasant, quiet and within walking distance of the market and the ski hill. Great job on the remodel! :)

Great little condo

Awesome little condo. Looks great and is a short walk to the Steamboat shuttle. The only improvement would be an electronic check in process, but the office is only about a mile from the condo so it wasn’t a huge issue. I would definitely stay here again.
