The ski slopes were just about a mile away. We walked once and drove once not to bad if your used to the altitude hence the reason we drove the second time. We loved the place and loved the town. We will be back!

Great stay in Steamboat Springs

We had a great stay at the condo while visiting Steamboat Springs for work. The condo was great and comfortable fit the 4 of us in our own rooms which can be difficult to find.

Great spot for a ski vacation

Not quite ski in ski out, 9-12 minute walk to slopes but there is a free, frequent shuttle to the mountain. We shuttled to the mountain and walked back (half a mile downhill) Even on a holiday ski weekend, there was enough space in the hot tub/heated pool after the ski day (not true for a lot of the nearby condos)

A Steamboat New Years

Enjoyed time with my whole family on the mountain for New Years Eve. We were all looking forward to it and it didn't disappoint. The celebration on the slopes is now a great memory and the equipment rental through Retreatia was convenient and thorough. Recommend that you store your gear daily at the base with the rental company.. The condo was well appointed in the kitchen, which is nice for cooking at home. The bedrooms however, were pretty dated.. The beds were not comfortable at all, rooms were pretty small and difficult to move around in, the humidifiers in the closets for use in the winter when it's dry were not clean and so we did not use them. Overall, the unit was functional but needed a face-lift badly. We were able to visit the next door unit and became a little jealous.

Good Ski Condo

This condo was clean and exactly as advertised with everything in good condition and good working order. We had 5 adult males and we each had a comfortable bed to sleep in. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs in addition to a sleeper sofa downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans as well as paper towels and dish towels. The bathrooms had plenty of soap, toilet paper, and Kleenex tissue. In addition there were tissues in the living room. There was a large dining room table with seating for 8 as well as 2 bar stool seats. There was a good spot for coats and jackets right when you walk in as well as a shoe heater. The outside ski locker could accommodate 8 pairs of skis or about 3 snow boards. The shuttle stop was very close to the condo located just a short walk across the parking lot. The shuttle made the trip to/from the slopes very convenient and you can download the “Retreatia Shuttle” application to track the shuttle which ran about every 10 minutes. You need to book at least 7 days in advance to take advantage of the 20% discount on lift tickets. It would have been helpful for this information to be included here because in our case we did not book in time. We would definitely rent this condo again.
