L'Apres Ski Retreat è un ambiente spettacolare per la tua vacanza a Steamboat. Le viste sulle montagne e sulla Yampa Valley dai balconi e all'interno di questo duplex all'ultimo piano sono indimenticabili. Vive come una casa unifamiliare (condivisa solo con i vicini al piano di sotto) ed è perfetta per famiglie multiple ed estese o fino a 5 coppie (può ospitare comodamente 13 adulti). Sei proprio in cima alla collina da gondola / area sciistica di base, ristoranti, pub, negozi e altro ancora (.7 miglia) e un blocco di autobus gratuito (5 minuti di autobus per sciare).

Si entra nell'unità anche se la cucina splendidamente rinnovata, che presenta mobili in legno di ciliegio, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, è ben arredata con tutto il necessario per cucinare e servire un pasto.

Collegando la cucina e la zona giorno è fantastica sala da pranzo con un tavolo da pranzo in legno splendido, 4 sedie e posti a sedere cabina. Ci sono anche 3 sgabelli da bar al bancone della cucina, che offre ampi posti a sedere, ma 2 sedie in più e una foglia per allungare il tavolo sono disponibili se lo si desidera.

Rilassati nella zona giorno e goditi le fantastiche vedute delle montagne e della Yampa Valley, mentre scaldati vicino al camino a gas e guardando la grande tv a schermo piatto. C'è un sacco di comodi posti a sedere su un divano, divanetto e poltrona.

Goditi le vasche idromassaggio all'aperto, rilassandoti e cenando sui numerosi ponti intorno alla proprietà. Abbiamo anche slitte e creatori di palle di neve nel garage che puoi usare durante il tuo soggiorno.

Questo accogliente rifugio di montagna ha rinnovato le decorazioni e le porte in legno e rifinito in tutto.

Ci sono tre camere da letto al livello principale. La master suite ha un letto king size, splendida vista, bagno completo e tv a schermo piatto. Camera da letto due ha anche un letto matrimoniale e una vista fantastica. Camera 3 ha un letto matrimoniale e bella vista. Camera 2 e 3 condividono un bagno completo.
Il piano superiore offre la 2 ° zona giorno, la quarta camera da letto e un bagno completo. La zona giorno 2 ha una grande TV a schermo piatto. La camera da letto ha un letto a castello, completamente in basso, doppia in cima e un altro letto pieno e può ospitare 5 persone.

Tutte le camere hanno letti molto confortevoli.

We arrived at our scheduled time to find the place not cleaned and in complete disarray. Worse than I would have ever left a vacation rental. The management was quick to rectify the situation, sending a cleaning crew immediately, but it was still unfortunate to walk into that. The layout of the place is great, and the views are wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to the ski hill. The place is in need of an update, as all the pots, pans and utensils are old with stains unable to be scrubbed off. The dish washer does not clean the dishes, so even though the cleaning crew washed them, the silverware had caked on food and we had to wash most of them before we used them. There is 2 flights of stairs to climb, either on the exterior or the interior, which was fine for us, but for older family members might be an issue. The place was great for our family, but was not the best VRBO I have rented by far.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the private hot tub. The space was comfortable and met our needs. The kitchen had nice appliances and most of what we needed. If you plan to cook something that needs specific tools, you may want to bring those with you. We took the bus downtown and it was pretty easy.

You cannot beat the views from the massive deck at this condo. Great location for skiing with easy bus access to lifts. Indoor parking and place for ski equipment was helpful. Condo cozy and had enough rooms and bathrooms for our group of 7 plus a dog.Kitchen equipment was very basic, so do not expect to have all the tools you may need.

We had a rough start with check in. The unit was a disaster and wasn’t turned over/cleaned. It was resolved that night but we had wait until 10:30 at night to return to the unit. With this being said, I don’t blame the rental as much as the renters before us. They left dog poop and pee on the porch by the hot tub area. They sprayed string all over the porch expecting someone else to clean up after them. The garbage was left on the floor and unclean dishes all over this home. The unit had simple directions to follow and not one chore was over the top. I wanted to apologize to the cleaning crews that have to pick up after these type of renters, it’s unfortunate and embarrassing to see how others disregard other people’s beautiful homes. Thank you again for the correction and for allowing us into your home.

We stayed in the top unit (Unit B) and had a great experience! The management was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was spacious, with an awesome wrap-around porch that we loved. It also had a large garage, which was a nice convenience. One thing to note is that the floors are quite thin, so you can hear footsteps from the floor above. This wasn’t an issue for us in the top unit, but it might be something to consider if you’re staying in the bottom unit (Unit A). The location was excellent, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view of Steamboat Springs sitting on deck. Plenty of room and bathrooms for a large crowd. The hot-tub was a nice addition to our stay. Location in close proximity to grocery store, coffee shops, shopping, etc.. My only complaint it the BBQ grill on deck needs replaced, old and dilapidated. Other than that, I would stay at this location again!

This experience was mostly good. Parking is a problem if you have more than one vehicle. The guest in the other unit has been there 4 months and is rude and a jerk about the parking issue. He claims he has 3 reserved parking spots, which is not the policy. A few maintenance items needed attention, but nothing major. We had 10 family members in this unit, and it was quite comfortable. Great views, nice private hot tub, comfortable beds and furnishings.

Wonderful property with plenty of space for adults and kids. The 2nd living area/loft/bunkroom was perfect so the kids had an area and the adults could be downstairs. The outdoor wrap around deck with private hot tub was the nicest we have experienced in our many years renting in Steamboat. We only had a couple needs from management while staying and they responded instantly. The view from the deck is UNMATCHED! Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful ski trip with our kids and grandkids. The townhouse was perfect for our group, and was just as advertised. The process was seamless from booking through check-out. We especially loved the hot tub, which was used every evening after a long day of skiing. The views of Yampa Valley were spectacular from inside the unit and from the amazing balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with my daughter and our dogs. Hiked three mile lake and zirkle circle. Condo was our relax spot. Nice location. Walking trail for afternoon walks with dogs. Thanks to prop managers! The dryer was broken so they did our laundry!! Great communication.

The property was an excellent fit for our family, including two dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great at the end of a ski day to utilize the on property hot tub. The property is close to the base area and a free shuttle bus is very nearby. The heated garage, accessible from inside the unit, was a plus for our vehicles. The property manager was very responsive, including helping us set up a later checkout time.

Great place.. love the deck! Had issues with the internet every day which impacted the cable.. frustrating. House has everything you need and we had a wonderful time. Note, you have lots of stairs.. we got our workout in every day! Lol! Worth the view.

The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a quality property that you could bring your dogs to. They had a area downstairs off of the garage for the dogs to potty. It is up 2 flights of stairs, so not a place for anyone elderly or with mobility issues. Views were spectacular. Hot tub amazing. Only downside, not enough large pots for cooking for a large group. A few more would be nice. Rental company very responsive to any needs/issues. Upstairs room was a bit warm despite fans. Overall a very nice experience and we’d definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

This had great proximity to skiing. The inside was very nice, with great kitchen and bedrooms. We also enjoyed the hot tub after skiing! Everything was very clean. Our only bit of feedback was that the radiator in the master bedroom made loud clanging sounds that woke us up at 5 AM. In addition, someone came to plow the driveway at 6 AM, and the beeping every 10 seconds or so over a 10-minute period when the Caterpillar plow would back up woke us up as well. We definitely appreciate the plowing but with the amount of noise generated by the beeping, we would have appreciated if they could have started later in the morning, like 7 or 8 AM. 6 AM is too early.

Property was good and clean. Only problem we had was the frig was broke when we arrived. And we had to use frig down in the garage. A little inconvenient considering we where on the top floor and we had 8 adults and 2 children staying there. Otherwise we had a enjoyable stay overall.
