This gorgeous townhome boasts mountain modern style and design elements throughout. A spacious 3-story residence that features an open living area on the main level with exceptional natural light, a stone surround gas fireplace and reclaimed wood mantle, huge flat-screen TV, and soft leather sofa and armchairs. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together after adventure filled days! The lovely deck flows nicely off the great room and features outdoor seating, and of course more views! There is also a half-bath located on the main level. This townhome also boasts heated floors as well as A/C during the summer months.

The master bedroom, also on the main level, features a king bed and flat-screen TV and gorgeous en-suite bathroom that includes walk-in shower and double vanities, and large walk-in closet.

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, flat-screen TV, and great views towards the mountain, the other has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle, sleeping up to five. These two bedrooms share the full bathroom located off the hallway.

Downstairs on the entry level, the generous sized foyer is light filled and provides plenty of space to offload gear, coats, strollers, toys etc. As well as access to the 1-car garage, this level also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, bathroom, and an additional living space.
