The large and spacious open floor plan is ideal for family meetings and just to hang out without leaving anyone behind. Gather around the gas fireplace to plan your next adventures, or simply relax and watch a fun movie or show on the flatscreen TV by the fireplace. Whenever hunger strikes and you're just too tired to go out and dine, the fully-equipped kitchen has your back. No matter your level of expertise, cooking will be a breeze. The breakfast bar with four stools adds even more dining space. Be sure to take a few minutes to enjoy your private deck and fresh mountain air–there's no better medicine for stress than jaw-dropping views and fresh air. The convenience of having an on-site washer/dryer combo isn't something you'll find simply anywhere. Pack light and leave enough space for souvenirs. The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms also have king beds with attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom and then there are two twin beds in the fifth bedroom and an additional full bathroom. Please note, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping space. If you decide to book this family-friendly retreat, you'll have access to the resort's shared outdoor hot tub and pool. During ski season, on-call shuttle services take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, and other area activities.

Steamboat Spring's top attraction is Steamboat Ski Resort, which offers visitors nearly 3,000 of skiable terrain and powdery slopes that are perfect for beginners, intermediate, and expert skiers and snowboarders alike. Summer visitors won't find a shortage of outdoor activities here; the resort offers kayaking, rafting, and fishing–there's even a kid-friendly amusement park on-site. Ski shuttle details: available during ski season only. Shuttle will pass through property approximately every 15 minutes. Guests need to wait outside their unit to catch the shuttle

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
