Benvenuto su Dreamboat di Steamboat! Il nostro condominio 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni a The Phoenix a Steamboat ha tutto il necessario e di più per la vostra vacanza sugli sci!

Amerai la nostra posizione privilegiata, proprio di fronte alla base della montagna. È possibile raggiungere a piedi la funivia o scegliere lo skibus gratuito in inverno. (Durante l'inverno è disponibile anche un servizio navetta gratuito per il centro città).

Il nostro posto è stato recentemente aggiornato con una nuova cucina completamente attrezzata, arredamento confortevole e moderno soggiorno e un nuovissimo 55 "TV via cavo, tra cui HBO e Netflix / Roku in grado.

Troverete letti confortevoli e TV a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere. Il Master ha un letto KING con materasso memory foam Serta IComfort e bagno completo annesso. La seconda camera da letto ha una regina e nuovissimo letto matrimoniale. Per dormire in più, il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale.

Il secondo bagno completo con vasca / doccia si trova nel corridoio tra le camere da letto e il soggiorno.

Alcuni degli altri servizi che non troverete altrove, specialmente a questo prezzo .... un garage privato per una macchina, oltre a un ulteriore posto auto coperto al di fuori dell'unità.

Avrai libero accesso alla bellissima club house Phoenix con piscina riscaldata, vasche idromassaggio, sauna, palestra e biliardo. Se stai visitando in estate, siamo uno dei pochi condomini a Steamboat Springs con aria condizionata in tutte le camere e un bel patio esterno e grill a gas. Amerai questa posizione con facile accesso a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno --- ristoranti, negozi, bar, generi alimentari, il tutto in un isolato o due. Questa proprietà è gestita direttamente dai proprietari, in modo da poter contenere i costi per i nostri ospiti, evitando costosi canoni di gestione del noleggio.

Everything was wonderful! The proximity to the Resort was fantastic! I learned the "shortcut" to the slopes and took advantage on day 1. We utilized all the amenities the complex had to offer including the Hot tub/pool area and the weight room. TY for being so helpful and attentive hosts!Kevin

We enjoyed everything about this place for the second year in a row! The owners are so responsive and the unit is perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and it’s nice we can let our kids go outside and play right off the patio. Close to many things and worked perfect for us!

2nd stay, still great

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. It is convenient, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Great for the family. Easy 2-minute walk until skis go on.

quiet, clean and great location

This was a perfect location for a family with a 2 year old. The unit was laid out well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a grassy, contained area for the tike. The outside sitting area was private and comfortable. The base area, coffee shop and restaurants were in walking distance. The unit was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Great owners

The location is very easy to walk about 100yds to the slopes. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners are very kind and responsive to any concerns. Easy walk to Gondola base, Christy's is just down the street as is the Wild Plum grocery and liquor/wine store. Kitchen is the most updated area in the condo, and the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for skiing.

Our family of 4 loves to ski and we love steamboat. This condo was perfect for all of our needs. We walked to the mountain in the mornings to ski and walked home in the afternoon. We walked to dinner several times and took the free shuttle downtown once. Great place!

Clean & comfy

Kitchen had everything. Walk to Gondola is so convenient, but waking back after long day skiing requires a little toughness as it’s all uphill. Unit very nice! Hope to return.

Pride in Ownership

We enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Steamboat the walk to the gondola was close, even in ski boats. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. We used the shuttle service to go into town and was super easy. We also rode the local bus one day which is free. The condo sleeping accommodations were very comfortable even the pull out couch. The kids utilized the spa and billiards table. The condo is updated and has nice touches with shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, lotions, and indoors washer and dryer. The parking can be a bit of a challenge if you don’t fit into the garage if it’s crowded but that is why we used the shuttle and local bus. This is by far one of the best VRBO we have rented. Thanks for making our vacation rental feel like home.

Wonderful Place

The condo has been renovated and is in impeccable condition. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, in-room washer/dryer very convenient and kitchen well stocked with the basics. More importantly, my wife really liked it. It’s not ski-in/ski-out so my only suggestion is to let tenants know that the walk to and from the base is an order of magnitude easier if you go through the Gravity Haus parking lot (it’s like night and day given the alternative). Overall, it was a great place with very attentive and helpful owners. We’d definitely stay again.

Great stay! Great location!

My brother who lives in Steamboat got married in July and we stayed here to enjoy the long wedding weekend. It’s a great location- close to the base of the mountain. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we had zero issues while we were there. Although Amy’s communication was so great, I knew that if we had any issues she would have responded quickly! We usually come in winter and stay with my parents in their condo, but if that doesn’t work out we definitely know where we are booking!!!

Perfect Mountain Condo

We loved our stay so much! The condo is even better than it looks in the photos. Efficient layout, updated and well-appointed kitchen/baths, and a great yard for the kids to explore. Great location as well.

Great Ski Condo

We enjoyed our days at the Phoenix condo. Brief walk to ski base to get first time skiing youth to ski school. Kids loved the hot tub and fireplace after long day on the slopes.

Wonderfully renovated

Phil and Amy were great hosts and the property has everything you ever want for a family ski weekend. The condo is recently renovated and walking distance to the gondola. The beds were super comfy.

Great apartment for a ski holiday

This is a lovely apartment within walking distance of the Gondola. It is very well equiped with everything you need. The host is lovely, very responsive to any questions. It is one of the furthest apartments in the complex to walk to ski area. If you are being dropped off by shuttle make sure you tell them to go to the top car park as it is a difficult walk upstairs from reception to the apartment. My only negative comment is that it can be noisy. You can hear everyone who enters the building and as the stairs are concrete, ski boots are loud going up and down. We were also unlucky to have some noisy partying guests near us during our stay.

Nice cozy condo

We had young kids and we all were able to easily walk to the gondola every day we skiied. On our non skiing days we also enjoyed going to the old town hot springs, which also has a really nice free climbing wall included in the admission fee, going to the saddle back ranch tubing hill..super fun, and taking a snowmobile tour up at rabbit ears pass. We loved the beds and gas fireplace in the condo. We have been skiing all over colorado, but steamboat is one of the best when everything is taken into account. We had a great trip!
