This ground-floor mountain condo is the perfect place to stage your family's next ski vacation, with a location right next to Steamboat Ski Resort and super-close to the local hot-springs and other outdoor activities so enjoyed by our community!

Featuring burnished wood-paneled ceilings, a handsome wood-burning fireplace, and lots of rustic ski decor, this lovely mountainside ski chalet has everything your family needs to make beautiful new memories. Inside, the gas fireplace will keep the comfy living room nice and toasty while you watch a favorite movie on the large TV with some hot, buttered popcorn. Your dinner guests will love the home's exposed ceiling joists, attractive wall art, and welcoming vibes while they dine at the handsome dining table. The kids can dangle their feet from the full kitchen's breakfast bar barstools, and you can even take dinner guests outside for alfresco meals on the private balcony on warmer evenings.

The main bedroom boasts a TV, private balcony access, a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bunk, a TV, and an attached bathroom.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs.

When it's time to dine out, you're within walking distance of popular local restaurants and coffee shops. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs. Take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, 3.5 miles north. And for summertime fun, visit the Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, roughly two miles west. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
