Luxurious + Hot Tub on Rooftop Deck + Close to Skiing - Borough House

Location is key in this modern townhome, nestled close to the Steamboat Ski Area and a quick shuttle ride to the chairlift. Enjoy a stunning valley view from the magnificent rooftop deck, complete with patio seating, lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a 7-person hot tub.

The main level is prime for entertaining with its open kitchen, dining and living room design, and an extra-long center island with seating. Modern amenities and sleek touches make this a cook's dream kitchen. There is also a powder room on this level. The living room’s ample plush seating, large TV, and comfortable vibe make for a relaxing evening after a day of skiing or exploring Steamboat Springs. A fun selection of board games makes for a fun family game night. A small deck has a bbq grill and seating, the perfect place for morning coffee or enjoying some fresh air in warmer months.

The walk-in lower level has a private bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and full bath. On the third floor, two fun twin-over-twin bunkrooms with smart TVs share a full jack-and-jill bath. One of the bunk rooms has an additional twin trundle. A king suite awaits down the hall with a king bed, smart TV, and a gorgeous ensuite bath.

Grab a drink and a towel and head one more flight up to the rooftop deck and hot tub. Enjoy views of Steamboat’s Emerald Mountain and the Flattops wilderness from this one-of-a-kind viewpoint. The perfect spot for happy hour and entertaining, this will be the grownup's favorite hangout.

Whether you come in winter to access the slopes from our convenient skier shuttle or in summer to hike and bike miles of nearby trails, Borough House is a great family getaway with lots of natural light, modern amenities, and a convenient location.

PARKING
This home has parking for two vehicles in the garage only. There is no driveway parking. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN-HOME GUEST ESSENTIALS
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

Great Condo Near Steamboat Ski Resort

The place was excellent, the staff supporting our stay was outstanding, the shuttle service was a huge bonus. Overall we All had a great time and the convenience of the location, the attentiveness/responsiveness of the property managers, the amenities of the condo, and the ease of use of the shuttle made for an amazing stay in Steamboat Spriings for our entire group. We would All highly recommend this place for future stays, and will also try to book this place again when we come back!
